• Efficient Cleaning: adopting peak modulation technology can breakdown the bubbles more quickly and remove stubborn stains easily. Under the same conditions, the breakdown speed of foil is significantly improved.
• Stable Output: self-adaption technology can ensure the machine fits load changes perfectly, such as different liquid levels, liquid temperature changes, and workpiece movements. The ultrasonic performance will keep still.
• High Conversion Efficiency: the conversion efficiency of ultrasonic and electric energy is more than 95%. The energy conservation is more than others at the same ultrasonic power output.
• Simple Operation: fill in liquid, put it into the workpiece, and turn on the switches. Ultrasonic cleaning can be started in only 3 steps. All the parameters will be matched automatically.
• The heating switch temperature is thermostatically controllable (20-80 °C), and the timed switch time is controllable (0-15min or continuously).
• Place the bracket: there are metal brackets in the upper and lower slots to facilitate the placement of the basket frame, avoiding direct contact with the bottom shock box and affecting the ultrasonic effect; after cleaning, the basket frame can be placed and drained from the top bracket.
• Inclined groove bottom: the inclined bottom of the groove is designed to facilitate the discharge of waste liquid and prevent the accumulation of dirt.
• Protection: low-level protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection.
